How Cave Babies Began

Many years ago, when I was working as a nanny, a lady asked me to come and spend a few nights supporting her after a caesarean. I’ve yet to this day, to work with a baby who had more hair than little Pat, and he sparked a passion that became my career.

Throughout my years working in postnatal care, it was always very clear to me, that antenatal education is vital. As with any job, learning the skills you need before you have to put them into practice, is incredibly beneficial. There are plenty of studies to back this up!

It all started as a simple sheet of information I would send each client, and has progressed from there. It now looks at what babies are biologically programmed to expect, and at how modern birth practices can be tweaked to work with, rather than against these expectations.

Cave Babies gives every parent a practical tool kit for caring for their new baby or babies. It will teach you the fundamentals of feeding your baby whether you plan to breastfeed or bottle feed, and explains why traditional teachings may not always give you the results you were expecting. It covers all the main aspects of caring for your baby and gives you the knowledge to overcome common problems, and bumps in the road.

Whether you are expecting your first baby/babies, or perhaps preparing to do things a little differently with your next, this course promises something different from regular antenatal classes.
